We embraced a window of wellness this Wednesday with a rejuvenating self-care session supported by some healthy snacks.

Guided by Angie from StudioBelle in Warminster, employees from all over the business – the office, our labs, and the factory – downed tools to stretch away stress and learn valuable tips for improving our health and wellness. Angie brought her expertise and enthusiasm, leading us through various poses and mindfulness practices that are easy to incorporate into our workday.

The response from colleagues was overwhelmingly positive. Many found the experience to be a welcome change of pace, helping them to unwind and focus on their wellbeing. Angie’s advice promoted a holistic approach to self-care, emphasising the importance of exercise, nutrition, and sleep for both mind and body.

A huge thanks to Angie for her inspiring session and for reminding us of the simple yet powerful ways we can prioritise our health. Her insights have motivated us to incorporate these practices into our daily lives, fostering a healthier, more balanced work environment.
