Critical Path
- Detailed timeplan is created to map out and track:
formulation development and testing, pack development and testing, regulatory requirements, artwork flow, lead times, in-bound raw material and pack deliveries and production plan.
Formulation Proposal
- Our R&D team develops bespoke formulation proposals outlining active ingredients, performance claims, pack copy elements, recommended packaging components, and indicative costings.
- We also support Technical Transfers and Contract Fill for existing formulations.
Sample Submission
- Lab samples are shared for evaluation, reviewing texture, application, fragrance and user experience through sensory testing.
- Feedback is used to refine and iterate until the formulation is approved.

Packaging Sample Submission
- Unbranded packaging samples are presented for review and selection.
- We also offer Free-Issue packaging models (customer-nominated or customer-supplied).
Costs Submission
- Present costs based on formulation and packaging submissions.

Formulation Approval
- Approved samples are supplied in lab-standard containers as reference.
Packaging Approval
- Final product specifics confirmed with a prototype sample.
Cost Approval
- Final pricing agreed based on approved formulation and packaging used in the prototype sample.

Testing
- In-house Stability Testing is undertaken with 12-week period to assess product performance and shelf-life under controlled conditions.
- In-house Compatability Testing evaluates formula-packaging interaction to ensure durability and product integrity.
- User trials are conducted for sensory and efficacy testing with an independent consumer panel.
- Clinical trials are undertaken to substantiate measurable data.

Purchase Order
- Production begins following approval of final costs and Pre-Production Sample.
- Materials for production are procured.
Manufacturing
- Transition from lab to full-scale production.
- Conduct rigorous in-process quality checks on raw materials.

Quality Checks
- QC team conduct thorough checks before, during and after production to ensure goods are within specification and fit for purpose.
Filling and Packaging
- Final product is filled, assembled, and prepared for dispatch.
Production Approval
- Production seal sample provided to represent the final market-ready product.

Delivery
- Efficient and secure delivery, with global logistics support for international partners.
