ISO22716

We’re proud to hold ISO 22716 certification for our manufacturing and storage facilities. This internationally recognised standard defines Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines specific to the cosmetics industry, ensuring the highest levels of quality and hygiene across our operations. It also provides assurance that the products we produce are safe and legally compliant with global regulations, an essential credential for international export.

This collaborative commitment unites the cosmetics industry in reducing its environmental footprint across Europe and throughout the value chain. Through shared goals and joint action, we’re helping to accelerate progress toward a more sustainable future for beauty.

Registered with SEDEX, THG LABS is part of a global network dedicated to improving ethical and sustainable business practices. Through transparent data sharing and continuous improvement, we ensure our operations and those of our supply chain partners,  uphold the highest standards of responsibility and integrity. We have SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit) four-pillar audit at our sites and key partners. 

RSPO

THG LABS are members of The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) – a global, non-profit organisation working to transform the palm oil industry to make it sustainable. We are site certified and can support RSPO certified members too. 

COSMOS

For brands developing products to COSMOS standards, THG LABS can support compliance with its four core principles covering sourcing, manufacturing, labelling, and distribution. Producing certified organic and natural products requires strict operational controls, and our advanced facilities and experienced quality teams ensure every stage of the process meets COSMOS requirements with confidence and care.

Ecovadis

Each year THG LABS is independently assessed by EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. This evaluation recognises our commitment to responsible business practices across key areas including environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement

FDA

THG LABS UK Factory is registered with the US FDA which enables us to manufacture OTC Sunscreen Drug Products for the US market.

This data is shared with trading partners, through the EcoVadis platform, or available to suppliers and customers on request.
