This week we launched a new internal Masterclass designed to deepen cross-functional understanding of bulk manufacturing, bringing colleagues from other areas of the business closer to the processes that underpin product delivery at scale.

Inside Compounding: From Vessel Capability to Process Understanding

The first session was led by the Compounding Team at our UK manufacturing facility, offering a detailed look at vessel capabilities, operational principles and the realities of large-scale formulation.

By combining technical walkthroughs with hands-on interaction, the session translated theory into practice. Attendees were able to explore how formulations move from development into manufacture, gaining a clearer understanding of the relationship between formulation design, equipment capability and production efficiency.
