So far this year, THG LABS colleagues have contributed more than 2,275 volunteering hours, supporting charities, community projects, and local events across the UK.

Through our Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV) programme, teams from across our Innovation, R&D, Regulatory, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Commercial departments have put passion into action — gardening, painting, sorting donations, and lending a hand at community fundraisers.

Volunteering has become part of our culture here at THG LABS giving us all the chance to connect with local causes, share our skills, and make a tangible difference beyond the lab and factory floor.
